You'll delve into techniques for increasing hip flexibility and spinal strength, with a focus on foundational backbends and spinal extensions like Wheel and Bow Pose, aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and resilience for all levels.

~Movepat Vinyasa Workshop~
Offers a fluid, creative exploration of Movepat patterns, combining breath, mobility, and strength in a mindful Vinyasa flow that welcomes all levels.

Takes your practice to the next level, guiding you through intermediate and advanced transitions like shoulder rolls, drop backs, handstand entries, and more, while unlocking new creative possibilities and helping you approach your practice with greater ease and grace.

Brad Terrell is an internationally acclaimed Yoga Teacher, Movement Coach, and Mobility Specialist from Ontario, Canada. A lifelong athlete with a passion for sports, Brad’s journey into yoga began after a severe knee injury during an ice hockey game. What started as a path to physical recovery soon blossomed into a profound exploration of yoga’s healing power, transforming not just his body, but his entire approach to movement.
