Adrian turns 40 this summer, and everyone is invited to her fundraising birthday party on Saturday, July 11th. The fun - and Qigong, Sound Healing, & Tai Chi! - will be held at Willow Grove Farm from 5-9pm and will be a combination of relaxed fun, fundraising (please plan to give MoveMentation a monetary gift in honor of Adrian's birthday!), and Twinkle Tai Chi! That's right - we will again dance tai chi beside the lake underneath twinkling lights as twilight falls. We'll first have a relaxing qigong class taught by Lyle followed by a sound healing experience facilitated by John Ferguson of Living Beyond PTS; the evening will culminate with a twilight tai chi class taught by our birthday girl Adrian.
Bring a potluck dish to share if you feel so inclined (think snacks vs meal food), put on your tai chi dancing shoes, and come move, meditate, and fun-raise with us.
