This is a special monthly Movement workshop made specifically for Movement Teachers and Movement fanatics who want to go ALL IN in on Movement in a small group setting.We will discuss the science and philosophy of Movement, share our knowledge, practice together and do group discussions and exercises built to grow our understanding, find out how to be a the best teacher and student at the same time and many more things!
