Join us for a blissful session of Yin Yoga to reconnect with our bodies. This event invites you to slow down and dive deep into long-held poses designed to target the spine and hips.

In this Stress Releasing Yin Yoga class, we will focus on our solar plexus chakra and try to disconnect from stress factors for 75 minutes and find inner peace.

No prior experience with Yin Yoga is necessary, just come as you are and enjoy this soothing practice!
