About this Event
Movement Tarot is an embodied practice for exploring intuition through cards, movement, and relationship. Rather than predicting the future, this workshop uses tarot imagery as a starting point for sensing patterns, asking meaningful questions, and finding new ways to respond to life.
In this session, we’ll learn simple ways to read tarot by letting images and metaphors guide gentle, accessible movement. Through individual and shared exploration, we’ll notice how intuition lives in the body—through sensation, timing, boundaries, and choice.
This is not a performance or a reading done to you. You’ll be invited to move, reflect, and relate to the cards in ways that feel supportive and grounded. Stillness, seated participation, and observation are always welcome.
No tarot or movement experience is required. Come curious, with a question you’re holding, and a willingness to listen beyond words.
What We’ll Do
- explore tarot imagery as metaphor and inquiry
- use gentle movement to sense intuition and choice
- practice reading cards individually and relationally
- reflect on boundaries, consent, and responsiveness
Accessibility & Care
- no tarot or movement experience required
- movement is optional and fully adaptable
- seated participation, stillness, and observation are welcome
- emphasis on choice, consent, and self-trust
This is a non-predictive, non-hierarchical approach to tarot.
