Mindful Music Lab is the first female-owned mindful recording studio in South Florida, founded by Brittany Berger. Mindful Music Lab is a one-of-a kind, immersive recording studio and mindful spiritual space for professionals in the music industry. Their goal is to raise awareness on the importance of mental health by offering mindful services and experiences, to build the foundation of inner healing while raising the vibrational frequency of music. MML creates a space to form a more personal connection with their recording team, where musicians tap into their healing root, vulnerabilities, and create from their higher self. Our purpose is to heal the mental health of the music industry starting from within.

Lily Fonte
A Miami native born and raised, with deep Cuban roots. With a passion for curating unforgettable experiences, Lily excels in orchestrating large-scale wellness events and activations throughout Miami. As the Chief Operating Officer of 420 Space Yoga, she leads the execution of free community yoga classes that welcome up to 300 participants weekly.

In addition to her wellness activations, Lily is also a skilled DJ, a freelance videographer, and a digital creative — she excels in crafting captivating experience reels for a variety of events and retreats, seamlessly blending her artistic vision with her passion for storytelling.

Brittany Berger
Brittany is the visionary founder of Miami's pioneering mindful recording studio, the first female-led venture of its kind. With a mission to prioritize mental health within the music industry while nurturing a conscious community, she hosts diverse wellness events.

Her transformative work extends to NFL players, Miami Dolphins and Inter Miami CF Soccer Club members, and artists signed with major labels. Brittany's multifaceted roles as an author, motivational speaker, fitness instructor, and mindset coach, coupled with her expertise in reiki energy healing and sound therapy, make her a leading force in holistic well-being and community building.
