The 360 Emergence is a guided embodiment practice that offers a movement map of discovery, healing, and actualization.
Designed for all levels, this an excellent space for those looking for more support + guidance in their journey, as well as advanced practitioners of movement + meditation looking to deepen their well of tools.
Our time on the dance floor will be fertile ground to be introduced to The 360 Emergence mapping for somatic discovery, exploration and a deepening of new and ancient modalities.

What is The 360 Emergence?
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
We are evolutionary movement artists in service to the emergence of each person who shows up in our laboratories.
We curate sonic movement journeys and containers that weave the ever changing human into becoming accountable and fluid, leader-full and in-sight full.
We are heart activists animating our inside education of the ancient future.

About Sarah Sampson |
Sarah is the director of The Dallas Movement Collective, an organization that cultivates creative containers for the embodied exploration of the mind, body, and heart. She is also the co-founder of The Mind Body Ecology Institute, a non-profit providing experiential programming in earth-care and sustainability. As a teacher and practitioner of The 360 Emergence, she guides embodiment journeys where physical movement meets spirit-driven ritual. By day, Sarah is an SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) consultant working in public school systems to implement emotional intelligence curriculum. In all elements of her work, she supports the remembrance of the individual’s wholeness, the community’s memory of interdependence, and the collective potential for flourishing.
