We love our new social experience format... a practice and dinner on a beautiful and private Wynwood rooftop.
This session, led by (founder) Myk Likhov, will take you inward into yourself then guide you into connection with like-minded people over healthy delicious plant-based food by Love Life Cafe.
Here is the flow of the evening:
👋🏼 🎧 6 - 6:30pm Meet us on a secret rooftop in Wynwood for welcome, registration and to receive your headset.
👳♀️ 🚀 From 6:30 - 7:30pm Founder Myk Likhov leads us in a collective movement experience conceived by the famous spiritual teacher known as Osho 50+ years ago.
🍕 🥗 From 7:30 - 9pm We'll all share in a community meal of plant-based pizza and salads from Miami's famous Love Life Cafe.
Modern ŌM is known as Miami's hub of spiritual wellness... this special event fuses practice & community & food--the best of all worlds so we can expand into our greatest selves.
🎧 The Experience: The Osho Kundalini Meditation has four 15-minute stages:
- Shake // Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Eyes open or closed.
- Flow // Dance any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. // Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Eyes open or closed.
- Witness // Be still, sitting or standing – witnessing whatever is happening inside and out. Eyes closed.
- Receive // Lie down and be still. Eyes closed.
👳♀️ Who was Osho? Osho was the charismatic figure who influenced a generation of spiritual teachers in America and India. Though his organization made headlines for controversy (see Wild Wild Country), his teachings have resonated with millions of people.
⭐️ Who is Myk: Myk is the founder of Modern ŌM, a resource for Spiritual Wellness. He has been a wellness entrepreneur, investor, and pioneer for 17 years - following his personal mission of creating authentic spritual community. He has been recognized as leader in Mindfulness by the Miami Herald, LA Yoga Magazine, MindBodyGreen, Well & Good, and more.
🏡 Where: The practice will take place on Love Life Cafe's private rooftop in Wynwood, followed by dinner in the restaurant (545 Northwest 26th Street, Miami, FL 33127).
🚙 Parking: Paid street parking in Wynwood.
✅ Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that you can move in, a refillable water bottle, and an open heart.
