About this Event

Welcome to our Movement, Meditation and Sound Journey event! Join us Saturday November 16, 2024 at Interfaith Contemplative Center for Spirituality and Health for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

As we move through our day to day lives, we can become drained and disconnected from ourselves. For those seeking an energy reset, look no further!

This In-person event will begin at 930am and feature gentle melodies that lead us through free flow energy balancing movement. You will be invited to dance, use mindful movement and gestures as we use our bodies for expression of the energy centers.

As we transition into the guided meditation and sound bath journey, you will be invited to sit or lay comfortably. The sound bath will deepen your full body experience, as the vibrations of the singing bowls & chimes infuse with every cell, dissolving stress and tension. You will be transported to a state of profound relaxation and heightened awareness.

At the conclusion you will feel rejuvenated, aligned, balanced and a mind-body connected energy.
