A 1hour yoga + meditation workshop for everyoneAbout this Event
Hey San Diego! I'm extremely excited to offer my unique movement +meditation workshop as a way of making the healing powers of plant medicine accessible to everyone.
My yoga class is curated for all yogis, no matter where you're at in your practice. We will move through mindful movements, gratitude prayers, and mantras in-between and during your flow.
A brief breathwork practice will take place before our physical asana practice, which will include alternate nostril-breathing and mantras. Cannabis consumption is encouraged at the beginning of the practice.
