In this 90 minute workshop, Lucy will guide you through a series of gentle moving meditations; fusing together Kundalini dance & Soulful Somatic movement.
You will experience the transformational tools of breath, sound & movement to relieve your daily stresses and release some of your deeper rooted unprocessed emotions that can get trapped in your body.
Lucy is a trauma informed Kundalini Yoga teacher who uses these techniques in her personal practise to bring a sense of peace, joy & love into her life.
No experience necessary, just an open mind & a willingness to give it a try!
