Movement in Menopause- Healthy Hike for Women
Date – 25th October 2025
Meeting – at 10am in Hartington Village Peak District
Distance – around 12km
Time– 6 Hours Terrain– Medium hike Via footpaths Hike starts at 10am prompt
There will be a small group of clients (max 12) for the event. The hike is for women who are going through the peri-menopause/menopause journey and want to join a supportive and fun hiking group.
Getting out into nature and moving the body is so positive for the body & mind. Physical activity is so vital for ladies dealing with hormone issues and can help to reduce anxiety, depression, fatigue etc. The circular hike will be a beginner friendly walk around Hartington. At the end of the walk hopefully we finish with tea and cake in the local café.

The hike is guided by Anne Kemp-Eyre Hill & Moorland Leader. I have been hiking around the Peak District for 40 years and want to share my passion for the great outdoors.
I’m a registered nurse (over 30 + years) and still work in occupational health and have a special interest in mental health & women’s health.
