We'll use multisensory cues, such as touch, smell, and taste, to make who you are more accessible through your movement.
Seriously-- wear your PJs. (though if you need a bra to move around with energy, you might want one)

Through Movement Hackers practices, you'll get support for your goals, for your purpose, and your body. The movements we do will help get your body out of pain and build habits that will help you regulate yourself in times of stress.
Movement Hackers will help you to develop an understanding of your own physical body and how it can help you not just feel physically better, but emotionally better, and emotionally stronger.
