About this Event
Join me for a one hour session dedicated to female and gut health - Thursday 05 March to celebrate International Women's Day.
We’ll begin with a conversation around hormones, the nervous system and digestion exploring how your cycle influences energy, strength, recovery and overall wellbeing. You’ll leave with practical insights on how to better support your body rather than constantly pushing against it.
We’ll then move into a 30 minute workout designed to reflect the female cycle, starting slow and grounded, building into strength and controlled intensity, and finishing by bringing the body back down to calm with a short meditation.
