Come along, have fun and move your body. That’s it! No further stipulations. You can do as much or as little as you like. The main thing is just finding the joy in expressing yourself to music! Oh and if tea and biscuits is more your thing there will also be a ridiculously long tea break and plenty of time for a chin wag!
