What to expect …This class will touch on basic principles of strength and movement. We will find your entry point, and progress forward step by step.
We will explore many different modalities of movement. Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Dance, acrobatics, basic power lifting movements, yoga and various forms of ancient martial arts practice, hand balancing, physical riddles, breathing practices and object manipulation. Many forms of movement will be examined, discussed and applied in varying degrees to increase our body’s movement capabilities, and our mind and body sensory connections.
