Heart Health Challenge is a community wellness event at the BECA Center focused on movement, education, and free screenings to support better heart health. Guests will enjoy music with live DJ Dr. Duss, interactive dance and fitness activities, and a heart‑health talk led by doctors in clear, everyday language. Nurses and residents from Mohawk Valley Health System will be on site to offer blood pressure and other basic screenings, explain “know your numbers,” answer questions, and connect people to follow‑up care, while participants can also win prizes and engage with community resources in a positive, upbeat atmosphere.To register for this event please use the following link: https://form.jotform.com/260095829784067
