Dance, sway, jump, twirl around, and get moving! Move your body Mondays are all about having fun and getting your body in movement for the week. You can join in with any level of dance background, from dancing in your room to prima ballerinas, everyone is welcome and encouraged to explore the physical and mental benefits of dance.
This class will have dance videos playing by certified instructors that you can follow along to or just move to the beat of your own drum and enjoy the music!
Located in the yoga room upstairs at the center
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
