About this Event
Full body workout for all levels- cardio and strength training to Christian faith-based music. No equipment needed, bring exercise mat and water bottle.
Class starts with a warmup and standing stretches. Next, we move into a cardio workout that is appropriate for beginners and those more experienced. The class ends with mat exercises to build strength and a cool down.
This class was created to help women strengthen their bodies through exercise and strengthen their spirit through reflection, Christian faith-based music and community.
Free parking in adjacent lot during class.
