Join us at Cornerstone Place for Tuesday Wellness Classes led by Optimum Hope.
These welcoming classes are designed for adults 55+ and will focus on strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through supportive, low-impact movement. Whether you are looking to stay active, build stability, or simply enjoy moving with others in a comfortable setting, this class is a great way to begin.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM at Harmony House at Cornerstone Place.
As an introductory offer, classes on June 23 and June 30 are complimentary.
Optimum Hope is a Tennessee-based Parkinson’s-focused wellness program dedicated to providing targeted exercise programs with cognitive, emotional, and uplifting support. Their program was developed by a therapist with decades of experience working with all levels of Parkinson’s Disease.
Cornerstone Place is a new independent living community in Lebanon, thoughtfully designed for adults 55+ who want to live well, stay connected, and welcome what’s next.
