MOVE, STRETCH AND BREATHETHE ULTIMATE SUNDAY EVENING REST ✨️🧘♀️
To celebrate the waxing crescent moon 🌙 (which is a time for rebuilding) we will Salute the moon together. This will be a very gentle flow of mostly standing poses that are suitable for complete beginners.
Once we have moved our bodies and built some heat we will explore some restorative poses to stretch and relax 😌 surrounded by soft lighting, meditative music and gorgeous scents.
To end the afternoon I will guide you through a Yoga nidra while Katie Tidy's 'Serenity Room'. offers a head and shoulder massage to those who would like it.
You will leave feeling refreshed and ready for sleep.
