You have! And I have heard you!
Over and over, I have conversations with people who want to dance LIKE me (I suspect what you mean is that you want to dance more like YOU(rself) or WITH me, this energetic dance that I find myself in, and man am I excited about that, casue it brings me so much JOY!
So here we are.
If connecting to yourself, moving into and with your body, connecting with other and exploring energy, the energy that moves us, the energy of desire, the energy of play…ignites something in you, this SPACE is for you.

Dance, is an endless journey of discovery for me. And endless journey of connection, to my body, to the movement of energy, to the way we connect as humans.��Dance is connection, an invitation TO connect!
It’s playful.
It’s energetic and raw, it requires my edges and my vulnerability.
Contact improv is many things; a method of dancing, however, it is a blanket term that I use for consciously connecting and moving in and with the energy of other people.
A day of invitations to connect and find your edges through movement and dance. **The thing about edges is that you want to find the edge without falling off. On the edge the zone of comfort is this place of aliveness and expansion and connection. Over the edge is falling without the infrastructure to hold. We build the infrastructure and foundation by playing on the edges, learning what ‘edge’ feels like in our body.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
I believe we are MEANT TO MOVE AS OURSELVES AND TO MOVE WITH EACH OTHER! Theres so much medicine, wisdom and discovery available as we do!
This will be a workshop exploring techniques from contact improve, authentic relating, tantra, energy awareness and my own exploration with dance and movement.
INVITATION to explore the realms of human connection and body through —
— Explicit conversations and invitation to connect with yourself through meditation and movement.
— Sharing circle…in listening to the inner experiences of others, we can learn about ourselves, language is given and that helps to create neural pathways and meaning of our experiences. It creates deeper connection to our own experience and deeper connections to those we share with.
