Kick off your journey on the road to the Jamaica Q 5K with this inspiring event! In recognition of Mental Health Month, this session explores the powerful connection between movement, mental wellness, and community support, because caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body.
The conversation will be moderated by Queens Deputy Borough President Ebony Young, with special opening remarks from Dr. Ateaya Lima, Psychiatrist at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
