October 11 marks International Day of the Girl, a day to celebrate the strong and incredible girls in our lives. We know that
girls in sports are empowered for life and want to bring together our community in support of girls. Move for the Girls is a
national virtual event meant to inspire and empower girls of all abilities to get moving and feel the benefits of physical activity!
The event will last 9 days, host various challenges and initiatives to engage our community, and raise funds to support
Fast and Female’s mission.
Join us in building community and showcasing support nationwide for girls in sport and physical activity, encouraging family,
friends, and loved ones to move together for girls!
