Join us as we come together to "Move for Abby" and raise funds for her recovery after a serious spinal cord injury. This event is dedicated to supporting Abby on her journey towards healing and regaining her strength, both of which she has already put so much effort towards.
Date: Saturday, July 27th Time: 9am-12p Location: South Promenade, Liberty Station
Participants can expect a morning of movement and sound provided by instructors that are both a part of Abby's community, and friends.
Together, we can help Abby with the road ahead, and show her the power of community support. Let's move, motivate, and make a meaningful impact on Abby's recovery.

9-9:45 Bodyweight Sculpt with Laura Monk @soulfishmonk
9:45-10:15 Laughter Yoga with Rachel Frank @rachelfrank
10:30-11:30 Vinyasa with Damon Jones
11:30-12 Sound by Tristan Mangindin @tristanthatwasamazing
