Immerse yourself in a day of creativity and relaxation.
This day is all about mindful movement, creative expression, and restoration
- We’ll begin with gentle introductions and a soothing cup of warm herbal tea, creating a cosy, welcoming space to settle in before the creative journey unfolds
- Move into gentle mindful movement designed to inspire flow and ease, to release tension and reconnect with your body easing into your own rhythm
- As your breath softens and your energy opens, this gentle movement can effortlessly extend into simple, intuitive dance a playful invitation to explore lightness, expression, and freedom in your own way.
- Drift into a creative space where colours, textures, and intuition guide you towards expression and ease Explore expressive art techniques as you build your own visual story, supported with gentle guidance throughout.
- Settle finally into meditation, accompanied by the soothing resonance of sound to invite deep rest and spaciousness
This holistic blend of movement, creativity, and stillness offers a peaceful pause, a chance to feel grounded, restored, and quietly uplifted.
A light nourishing lunch will be provided**

What to wear & bring
- Suitable outdoor footwear and a jacket for Outdoor gentle walk (Weather permitting)
- Loose clothing for free movement during the sessions, trainers, or bare feet, bottled water for hydration (no glass).
- Suitable clothing for creative artwork:overall/old shirt
- Yoga mat & warm clothing/blanket, eye mask, pillow for the meditation session
Please note:
Sessions are suitable for those aged 12+ under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
All participants will be required to submit an initial basic health declaration form when attending

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tickets must be purchased prior to attending on a first come first served basis
***Once purchased tickets are non-refundable*** however in the unlikely event you may be unable to attend your ticket can be transferred once to another person although you will need to notify us early of any ticket name changes.

**A separate, & limited number of tickets available for the Sound Meditation Session which will take place towards the end of the planned day. 3PM
