Join E15 athlete Graham Halliday for an exclusive Q&A, where he’ll share top race-day tips, followed by a 5km shakeout run (6min/km pace) to get you race-ready. Afterwards, fuel up with Myprotein x HYROX samples and prepare to take on HYROX Glasgow!
