About this Event
MOVE by Soul is a beach movement class designed to help you move, release, and finally let go of what your body has been holding onto.
Unlike traditional fitness classes, MOVE by Soul integrates mind, body, and energy. You’ll sweat, release, and heal—all in one class.
We use grounding, energy clearing, resistance bands, strong intentional movement, and energy healing to help your body release stuck tension and emotions right there on the sand.
Think squats, affirmations, and fun!
Get ready to sweat it out, heal it out, and walk out recharged, centered, and strong!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Grounding to pull you into your body
• Energy clearing woven into the movement

WHAT TO BRING:
Water, Sunscreen, Towel, Mat
Wear something you can move and sweat in
LOCATION — Lido Beach
This class is held on Lido Beach.
Park at the entrance with the sign: “Lido Beach Pool and Pavilion — North Entrance.”
When you walk onto the sand, you’ll see two lifeguard stands — one on the left and one on the right.
I’ll be set up closest to the lifeguard stand on the right (it’s usually less crowded).
I’ll have a sign out so you can spot me.
