Join us at 9am Febryary 15th for a Move Breathe Meditate Workout Class with Dr. Jordan Fairley at The Source Chiropractic - Oakland!
This in-person event is designed to help you move, breathe, and meditate for a healthier you.
Start with guided a "Foundation Training" Workout designed to create space in your spine, strengthen your body and connect the chains of muscles to support a healthy life.
Once the physical is connected, Dr. Fairley will guide you through "Wim Hof" breathwork to expand, enhance your nervous system and enter an altered state of consciousness.
ALL to prep you to drop into a guided meditation to connect to Self, Spirit and your FOCUS for what is needed for healing.
