Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a breathing technique where the inhale and exhale are linked without pauses in between. This continuous, rhythmic breath pattern helps create a state of flow, allowing the body and mind to release accumulated stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions. Itโs a powerful way to access deeper levels of relaxation and clarity and the experience is fully guided by Tania who is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner.
