About this Event
If you like to dance, you will love this class! This is an online class via Zoom, in the comfort of your home! We will do fun, easy-to-follow dance routines with modifications that allow you to choose the intensity of your workout. This Zumba Gold style class includes original choreography for an upbeat and joyful experience. We will do moderate aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness in addition to improving flexibility, balance and coordination. The class is designed for adults age 50 and over. We will dance to music from around the world and together, we will Move & Make Merry!
There is a Minimum donation of $7. Please contact the organizer if you need to make other arrangements.
