About this Event
This is our first trip. And we want to be honest about that.
We're not a faceless event company. We're two people — a licensed therapist + certified personal trainer and a wellness community builder — who built Move & Heal NYC because we kept seeing a gap nobody was filling.
People navigating real life. Divorce. Burnout. Loss. Career crossroads. The quiet exhaustion of holding everything together. Wanting connection that goes deeper than a networking happy hour or a group fitness class — but not ready to sit in a therapist's office.
So we created something in between.

THIS IS AN OPEN TRIP

Our inaugural experience is intentionally open to everyone — men, women, any background, any reason you're here. Whether you're going through a divorce, burned out at work, grieving something, or just craving a day that feels meaningful — you belong on this trip.
Future experiences will be more targeted (we have dedicated programs for women in transition, men navigating change, and burned-out professionals in development). But this first one? It's for anyone who feels the pull.

THE DAY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
7:45am — Private pickup from Columbus Circle
9:15am — Arrive at Putnam County trails. Introductions, intentions, ground rules.
9:15–11:45am — Guided hike with structured pauses and open group conversation
11:45am — Scenic overlook. Longer group processing time with our therapist facilitator.
12:15pm — Lunch together. No agenda, just people.
2:00pm — Hudson Valley vineyard. Wine tasting, closing ritual, exhale.
4:30pm — Head back to NYC (arrive ~6:00pm)

Our experiences are facilitated by a licensed therapist who takes the quality and safety of this space seriously. A short confidential intake form is required after RSVP — this is reviewed personally before your spot is confirmed.
We keep groups small on purpose. Six people is not a compromise — it's the whole point.

(Founding member rate — our inaugural trip is priced below our standard rate as a thank you for being first)
Please Note: This is a boutique, 6-person experience. Your Eventbrite RSVP is an "Expression of Interest."

- Secure your spot: Once reviewed, we’ll send a private link for the $195 registration fee. Spots are confirmed only upon payment.
Your spot is confirmed once both payment and intake form are received.
We'll follow up personally within 48 hours.

CONFIRMATION DEADLINE

To ensure every participant gets the full experience, spots must be confirmed (payment + intake form received) by June 3rd.
If the trip does not reach minimum confirmed attendance by that date, all payments will be refunded in full and we will reschedule. We will notify you immediately.
We keep this group small and intentional — that's what makes it worth showing up for.
