About this Event

Welcome to our Summer Move & Brew Movement and Education series for school employees! Kassi Schuppe, Physical Therapist and Owner of Enhance Performance Therapy, and Bridget Schneider, Personal Trainer and Owner of Muscle for the Journey, are teaming up to bring you an opportunity to: Move Your Body, Drink Tea or Coffee, and Find Community!

We believe in empowering people through movement and helping people stay active for life! We understand working out can be intimidating or overwhelming if you aren’t sure where to start or who to trust. We also recognize that if pain or injury has been a limiting factor for you in the past, it may be hard to get started again with your fitness journey for fear of reinjury. We want to help ease some of those concerns by providing an open and welcoming environment for us to explore movement together and a space for you to ask any fitness and health/wellness questions you may have.

For this series, we are focusing on providing school employees with movement opportunitie throughout the summer. You can sign-up for one or all events. The Slow Down is offering their space along with 20% off one beverage.
