As winter begins its gentle retreat in early February, we gather in the Mountsorrel Memorial Centre on the evening of Tuesday, February 3, 2026, for a restorative sound bath experience.February marks the later phase of winter—with crisp air still carrying the hush of frost but also the subtle promise of spring’s stirring renewal. The space will be softly lit, bring blankets and cushions to cocoon yourself in warmth and comfort. Here, the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, drums and chimes will guide you into a deeply calm state—a perfect counterpoint to winter’s lingering stillness, offering both peace and gentle revival.
In this serene gathering beneath fading winter’s hush and a luminous waning moon, you are invited to breathe deeply, drift inward with the sound waves, and emerge with a renewed sense of balance—prepared for the gradual awakening that lies just ahead.
