Mountains to Shores: A South American Wine Escape

Following our recently sold-out Italian wine dinner in April, we invite you to join us for a food and wine journey through South America.

Shaped by altitude, climate, and a deep connection to the land, South America’s wines are as diverse as their landscapes—from the high elevation vineyards of Argentina to the coastal valleys of Chile.

Join us at The Lake House for an intimate evening exploring some of the continent’s most expressive wine regions. Guided by award-winning Canadian sommelier Brad Royale, guests will enjoy a curated selection of standout varietals paired with a refined multi-course menu that highlights the bold, vibrant relationship between South American wine and cuisine.

Throughout the evening, Brad will share insight into the regions, grapes, and stories behind each pour, creating a welcoming experience for both devoted wine lovers and those eager to learn more.

As our final wine dinner before the fall season, this is an evening designed to be savoured in both flavour and experience.
