Sunday, March 8th, 2PM-6PM: a benefit show for Mountain Valleys RC&D! Featuring performances by local bands The 40,20,10's, Paint Rock, and Pierce Edens. Admission by donation at the door with all proceeds benefitting our continued work in natural resource recovery.
Mountain Valleys Resource Conservation and Development Council is a 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 1974 to develop, improve, and conserve natural resources and to provide employment and other economic opportunities to the people of an eight-county area of Western North Carolina.
We have been working non-stop since Helene to assist our neighbors with natural resource recovery with a focus on streambank stabilization and wildfire mitigation and preparedness.
We invite you to hear some amazing local musicians, learn more about our programs, and show support for our continued work on recovering with resilience.
