Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Big White, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself. Through grounding yoga practices, guided moments of stillness, and time in nature, you’ll create space to release tension, reset your nervous system, and return to a place of balance and clarity.
Expect slow, nourishing yoga, meaningful connection, and peaceful mountain moments that allow you to truly unwind.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, re-energized, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to a beautiful community of like-minded souls.
