Come look for the signs of spring as we emerge from darkness of winter into the light of spring. On this mindful SIGNS OF SPRING WALK, Suzy will guide us on a slow saunter incorporating elements of forest bathing, meditation and mindful breathing.
Springtime is an invitation to shed our “winter coats” and emerge from our cozy winter routines. Together we will look for evidence of nature’s reawakening, inviting present moment awareness, reducing stress and gaining inspiration from the living earth. Through invitations and prompts Suzy will assist you in settling your awareness in nature’s forgiving atmosphere.
Dress in layers for outdoor hiking in variable weather. Wear sturdy boots. Hiking poles and traction devices for your boots may also be advisable. Bring drinking water and a snack. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Program is 2 hours. This program is FREE for all ages and skill levels. No experience is necessary.
