If you were first on the scene of a motorcycle crash, would you know what to do?Who is most at risk? How do you protect the area? Should you remove a rider’s helmet?
The first few moments after an accident are critical. The right actions can minimise injuries, protect others, and make a real difference to the outcome. Yet, in New Zealand’s unique riding environments, it’s not always clear what the “right” thing to do is.
