CREATE Motivation with Kate Turner
As part of Full Potential’s Motivational Maps Practitioner Community, I’m delighted that the wonderful Kate Turner is joining us for our next live virtual meet-up of 2024, on 18th April at 17.00 GMT.
Kate is one of the most experienced mappers in the entire community and author of the great book CREATE Motivation. She is passionate about changing the world of work, so it’s good for business and good for people.
During the session Kate will be guiding us through her CREATE model, explaining how she uses motivation to help individuals, but also at a team and organisational level. The average employee works approx. 64,000 hours in their lifetime. Kate’s focus is to help people enjoy that work, rather than endure it! Not only is the CREATE model aimed at harnessing motivation, it’s also about inspiring everyone to step up into their leadership.
