Motivational Interviewing Online Practice Groups

Each Learning/Practice Group will be facilitated by a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and will focus on particular components of MI. Each session will include combinations of brief didactics, real case exercises and role-playing with coaching and feedback from the trainer, live demonstrations, videos, basic quality control skills, time to discuss and share experiences in the group, and time to questions and answers to address the interests and challenges of participants. Whether you've had previous training and want to refresh your knowledge and skills, or whether you haven't had training before and want a taste of what MS is and how it can help you facilitate conversations toward positive change... All trainees are welcome! No prior training is necessary to attend.

• Receive feedback to grow your skills and confidence in MI

The following series of Practice Groups offer participants a uniquely intimate opportunity to strengthen spirit and skills in Motivational Interviewing (MI) in English and SPANISH.
Opportunities to learn and practice Spanish are common areas of interest and need among Spanish-speaking providers who work with Spanish-speaking clients.

Each Practice Group session lasts 1.5 hours and has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
