“We will start with a Pilates flow at @lavidashowbar for 45 minutes with a focus on strength, flow and good vibes! Open to allll abilities (including complete newbies).
We’ll then make our way down to @locabarandrestaurant for afternoon tea - this will include a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes, sweet and savoury scones (all homemade).
I honestly can’t wait to spend the Saturday with you doing all the wholesome stuff - celebrating us and those we love!!”
