In today’s world of artificial flavors and mystery ingredients, this hands-on class brings it back to basics—using fresh, real ingredients to create ice cream from scratch.
Join us for a Mother’s Day Ice Cream Making Workshop where you’ll create delicious memories together — whether you’re celebrating your mom, aunt, grandmother, or any special mother figure.

Gerly’s Ice Cream Workshop is a flavorful, feel-good experience where you’ll not only learn how to make your own ice cream but also explore the rich history of this timeless treat. We’ll introduce you to two traditional techniques:
- Philadelphia-style (made without eggs – lighter and faster to churn)
- French-style (made with eggs – richer and custard-like)
Community Love:
Because giving back is at the heart of what we do, $5 from every ticket is donated to the Gerly’s Youth Scholarship Fund, helping create opportunities for young people in our community.
Private Parties:
Want to celebrate a birthday, girls’ night, or just have fun with friends? We offer private workshops for groups of 5 or more at $55 per person.

Important Notes:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.
- While the class involves some standing and cooking, chairs are available for your comfort.
- All participants must have a paid seat. Observers are not permitted.
