In this hands-on class, Chef Shawnie guides you through the techniques behind a beautifully balanced tea menu, with an emphasis on flavor, texture, and presentation. You’ll learn how to compose a refined spread while exploring the traditions and etiquette that define classic British tea service, from thoughtful pairing to tiered presentation.
After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy a proper tea service, complete with premium tea and a glass of bubbly to toast the occasion.
