This adults-only event combines hands-on crafting with a traditional cream tea, in a welcoming environment for people of all genders, sexualities, and family structures.Come along with your mum, a carer, a parent figure, a chosen family member, or someone special in your life — or treat your mum (or yourself) to a thoughtful and creative afternoon out.
You will create an everlasting bouquet of flowers made from colourful pipe cleaners — a thoughtful handmade gift for a loved one. Lightweight and long-lasting, it’s perfect for brightening someone’s day and will never wilt.
After crafting, sit back and enjoy a classic cream tea with freshly baked scones, jam and cream, served with tea or coffee in the cosy surroundings of the Tulip Tree Tearoom.
This event is open to everyone — whether you’re celebrating a mum, honouring a carer, marking chosen family, remembering someone special, or spending Mother’s Day in a way that feels right for you. You’re very welcome to attend alone or with a partner, friend, or loved one.
