This is a retreat experience but in short sessions spread across 4 weeks so that you can carve out some ‘you time’ and integrate the benefits into your life.

Your mini retreat includes:
90-minute sessions start at 11am over the course of 4 weeks. This mini retreat has been designed to nourish you and gift you some much-needed "you time."
Body Energy Cleanse: Such as Sage, Rosemary & lavender
Guided Meditation and Pranayama: Relax and rejuvenate your mind.
Nature Connection: Inner stillness through connecting with nature.

Designed by a mother for mothers. Jodie is passionate about ecotherapy & mental health, a certified nature therapy guide, nature artist, reiki master and women's circle facilitator. Jodie is passionate about holding space for women to be seen and heard on their unique journey of motherhood.

Located in a little oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens in the heart of Kensington we will Ground, Connect & Blossom. Just off SH1 in the heart of Kensington, opposite MCKAY Sports Centre.
