As mothers, we so often live in one role, the nurturer, the caregiver, the one who gives and holds everything together.
And somewhere along the way, we can forget to receive… to soften… to nourish ourselves.
But being a mother is only part of who we are.
We are layered.
We are evolving.
We are women with many expressions, even if some of them have gone quiet for a while.
🌹 Honouring the Mother, Reclaiming the Woman 🌹
Join us for an afternoon in circle, a space to soften, reconnect and celebrate yourself. Not just as a mother, but as the woman you have been, the woman you are and the woman you are becoming.
This mini retreat bridges both:
❤️ International Women’s Day — celebrating the fullness of you as a woman
❤️ Mother’s Day — honouring the sacred role of mother
An invitation to honour the mother within… while also remembering the woman beyond the role.
During our time together, we’ll gently explore the different expressions of our feminine nature (the nurturer, the protector, the sensual, the wise) and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have gone quiet in motherhood.
We’ll do this through:
♡ Somatic movement
♡ Journaling & meditation
♡ Optional sharing
♡ Connecting to the rose
♡ Mini yin practice & restorative deep rest
And we’ll close with tea, delicious treats and space to connect.
Because you deserve to be celebrated too.
You will be held in circle by two mothers, Megan and Jenni.
