This program is designed for mothers in need of rest, rejuvenation, and a break from their busy lives. Take an hour for yourself and give yourself the gift of self-care. You will be welcomed into the beautiful barn where you will be invited to sit in one of our comfortable meditation chairs. Kim Spear will lead you through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra also known as "Yoga Sleep". Yoga Nidra is a healing practice that helps to reduce anxiety, improve cognition, and support a restful sleep. While you relax our team of reiki practitioners will provide hands on, energy-based healing. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall well-being. Reiki is based on the Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body, the practitioners help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.

Kim will guide you to a restful state to reduce the heightened stress response in the body. This parasympathetic response decreases muscle tension in the body, aids in alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety and insomnia and provides a general sense of well-being
