The Lenexa Rec Center is honoring all mothers with a free community yoga class. It combines a vinyasa flow to provide energy with restorative poses for well-deserved relaxation. Each participant will also leave with a special gift. Bring a yoga mat.
Ages: 16 and up
No Rec Center membership or registration required, but space is limited.
