Join Devon and Elizabeth this Mother’s Day as we honor Ma (the Sanskrit word for mother) and celebrate the divine feminine within us all. Everyone is welcome—this is a fully inclusive class.The class will begin with gentle, nourishing movement and transition into longer-held restorative poses designed to support the body and calm the nervous system. We will close with a guided meditation, offering space for deep rest and relaxation.
All moms will be welcomed with a cup of Tula Ananda Women’s Wellness Tea.
